La producción y el número de proyectos han crecido constantemente. Hemos trabajado juntos con productores de la industria automotríz, por ejemplo, en la producción de componentes para el nuevo motor de BMW. La compañía ha conseguido distintas certificaciones: ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, y el premio Q1 que entrega Ford al mejor proveedor.

Nemak Polonia es el único sitio de Nemak Europa con alta experiencia en HPDC. Esta fue la razó por la cual se decidió establecer el Centro de Tecnología para HPDC aquí. 

Actualmente este Centro de Tecnología brinda apoyo al resto de las plantas de Nemak en los siguientes aspectos:

Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza, Kraków (AGH University of Science and Technology)

Nemak Polonia ha trabajado con la universidad AGH desde hace mucho tiempo. Los tours a la planta organizados por los estudiantes permiten que nuestros ingenieros expliquen las ventajas del sitio de Bielsko-Biala y demuestran la última tecnología en procesos de HPDC y gravedad.

Algunos de los más de 150 estudiantes que han visitado Nemak Polonia desde el 2007 han decidido utilizar como diploma de sus tésis el diseño de algunas soluciones tecnológicas para la compañía. 

 

Akademia Techniczno-Humanistyczna, Bielsko-Biała (ATH University of Technology and Humanities)

Nemak Polonia ha trabajado en conjunto con la ATH en Bielsko-Biala desde hace tiempo. Recientemente la colaboración con la universidad en temas de desarrollo de producto se ha intensificado significativamente y se ha enfocado en la producción inicial del bloque Sigma para Ford y en la producción de componentes de fundición para Toyota. Bajo la dirección del Dr. Ireneusz Wrobel, el staff de ATH Bielsko-Biala desarrolló un número de simulaciones por computadora para estudiar y resolver problemas tecnológicos.

La colaboración con la universidad se extiende también a otras áreas. Nuestros productos son utilizados como modelos para proyectos de la universidad como objetos de medición para el desarrollo de nuevos métodos de medición como el escáner óptico, desarrollado en la universidad.
