Objective
Assure proper manufacturing system definition for the customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Define assembly manufacturing plan and support feasibility analysis.
- Lead simultaneous engineering process through all stakeholder (Suppliers, customer, outsource suppliers).
- Validate manufacturing system effectiveness.
- Assure innovation in joining and material handling innovation
- Deliver all documentation on NPMX / Excel.
- Accomplish delivery of manufacturing system and equipment, including documentation to operations.
- Support development of the Nemak assembly standards
Position Requirements
- Education: Engineering IMA, IME, IMT or similar
- Experience: Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (2 years), Assembly & Joining (2 years), Sealants, adhesives and painting (2 years – Desirable)
- New Product Development, Assembly Operations, GD&T, Core Tools.
- English 100%
