IT Applications Sr Specialist

 

Objective


Manage Global Project Portfolio offering sustainable solutions oriented to enhance & automate business processes.
Collaborate to accomplish Global IT strategy in all Nemak regions, beign a crucial resource for business process owners to propose, innovate and design technical solutions. Generate value through agile mindset and framework leading the organizational changes in the business transformation, always focused in top of the edge and innovative solutions aligned to company strategic agenda

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate and Develop BPMS platforms, such as AgilePoint following architecture patterns and best practices.
  • Assure vendor and business process owners comply with Nemak frameworks related with Development Practices, architecture design over digital platforms.
  • Manage Initiative Portfolio for multiple business areas, designing , deploying and managing new and existing Global initiatives.
  • Control the demand and assure all the initiatives are aligned with Organizational values and objectives.
  • Business Relationship management with Global Process owners in multiple business areas to identify, innovate and roll out digital transformation solutions according to Nemak core values and strategies.
  • Assure the correct project administration through Agile mindset and Traditional frameworks.
    Delivering faster projects to help all nemak sites to success gaining eficiency on processes, resources and time.
