HR Business Support Specialist

 

Objective

Responsible for our global agenda of standardization and digitization of human resources processes. Furthermore, in charge of digitization and project preparation, and documentation.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Supports the digitalization journey of HR on a global scope and drives process innovation with process owners (CoEs)
  • Ensures alignment with regions and helps creating synergies with process champions in the regions
  • Design, develop and support implementation seeking to increase employee's experience, harmonize HR Operation Model and integrate digital HR solutions aligned with the business strategy and target operational model

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor or Engineering in Administration or Business Processes
