Joining Sr Expert

 

Objective

Responsible for development of Internal Manufacturing Solutions in E-Mobility & Structural Components.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide Technical Guidance to the Joining Engineers to develop Internal Solution for (Pressing / Clinching / Riveting /Gluing & Sealing cells)
  • Analyze the RFQ s Scope to develop Technical and economic proposals for IMS .
  • Define and Select the Joining cell Technologies and commercial components.
  • Develop Joining Cells Design and Equipment specifications to Build.
  • Ensure Compliance with Ergonomics, HSE , layout , Cycle time and operations KPIs

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in mechanical &Electrical Eng. / Mechatronics Eng. / Electronic Eng.
  • Deep Knowledge in Joining Technologies (Pressing / Clinching / Riveting /Gluing & Sealing)
  • Deep Knowledge in Automation and Controls (Robots, PLCs & Servosystems )
  • Good Knowledge in Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
  • General Knowledge in mechanical & Electrical design Calculations
  • Leadership Ability
  • Easy Adaption with other cultures and countries
  • Availability to attend and implement IMS projects in other regions.
  • Ability to develop Technical Skills in work Teams.
  • Good Knowledge and Skills to analyze Technology Trends
  • Dedicated and Responsible
  • 5-8 Years of experience in similar position
  • English Advanced
