Purchasing Business Support Intern

 

Objective

Support needed with the activities related to the deployment and implementation of global Ariba EDI project related to suppliers' onboarding process. This initiative supports the 2023 strategic initiative of Best-in-class performance.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead generation of suppliers waves draft lists
  • Coordinates the validation of suppliers' waves with category and regional purchasing teams
  • Updates feedback and manages supplier wave list
  • Consolidates final supplier wave list and releases to Ariba team
  • Follow up supplier enablement and onboarding with Ariba
  • Coordinates training sessions with suppliers and Ariba
  • Escalates issues and coordinates with project team
  • Attends sessions with suppliers to answer questions and clarify project scope

 

Position Requirements

  • Engineering IIS, IMA (7 or 8 semester)
  • Software: MS Excel and Power Point
  • Behavioral Skills: Discipline, Proactivity and Problem-Solving
  • English required
