Talent Development Intern
Objective
Support the evaluation, documentation, and monitoring of Talent Development processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Support Innovation: Identify how technology can support on Talent Development processes
- Process monitoring and follow-up with the regional leaders.
- Support to the internal clients HRBPs and employees.
- Follow up on the compliance of performance stages and assessment evaluations.
- Content writing English – Spanish & Qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Support in the management of internal reports and indicators.
Position Requirements
- Career: HR, Administration, organizational psychology, related careers.
- Software: Microsoft Office (Success factors desired).
- Behavioral Skills: Organization and attention to detail, Active listening, Communication, Customer orientation, Interpersonal skills.
- English advance required
