Transformation & Business Process Intern
Objective
The Transformation Intern will support the design and implementation of activities related to the organizational culture initiative. Additionally, the intern will assist in aligning and following up on activities integrated within each workstream to ensure compliance with the Transformation roadmap.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the implementation team to develop activities for the Culture Transformation initiative.
- Support the follow-up on the progress of activities described in the Culture Transformation gantt and ensure its implementation.
- Support the design and implementation of change management activities for the Culture Transformation initiative.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate progress, roadblocks and achievements to our different audiences (ExComm, Sr. Managers, Plant Managers, etc.)
- Provide support to the transformation team in following up their workstreams to ensure compliance with the Transformation roadmap.
- Develop and implement a recognition system in the Americas region, aligned with the organization's values and strategic objectives
- Create and consolidate management tools: procedures, flow charts, infographics, templates, etc. which are going to be part of the Transformation Playbook (Governance model)
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Innovation, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Communication, Marketing or any related field.
- Skills: Effective communication, Executive presentations
- English advance required.
