Maintenance Supervisor -2nd shift

Objective
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the Maintenance department resources effectively to best support production and reduce equipment downtime.
Main Responsibilities
- Aids MPS daily with information on work requests, pm compliance, backlog management, and scheduling of future work.
- Reports and verifies equipment related problems to operations and supervises activities of the work force to achieve best result and identifies and utilizes resources needed to get the job done in effective manner.
- Ensures all work is performed in a safe manner and maintains company's ground rules.
- Attends production meetings to review each area of responsibilities.
- Reviews and maintains maintenance of all shutdown documentation.
Position Requirements
- Associate’s Degree, Trade or Tech. School Industrial Maintenance or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in the maintenance field preferred
- PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting
- Control system design experience with Allen Bradley preferred, Siemens a plus
- Knowledge of vision system, ABB robotics and Fanuc
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must have the ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
