Objective

  • Take over the current rules & responsibilities & projects - reinforce & sustain the local team on the same level

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Bidding process & evaluation & nomination incl. savings for MRO parts (electrics&electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics)
  • Bidding process & evaluation & nomination incl. savings for transport services / refurbishment of current spare parts - Automation of ordering MRO items: update IR/Source lists + MK/QD contracts
  • Automation of free text POs (reduction of „manual" free text POs)
  • Supplier Evaluation process
  • Preparation of MRO/PM reports for the leader category
  • Contract management

 

Position Requirements

  • Education: Bachellor Degree
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949; ASI and TISAX standards
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team, make decisions, work under pressure
  • Reliability, flexibility
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience in automotive - an advantage
  • Work with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Work with SAP 
  • English - required / German - an advantage
