Objective
- Take over the current rules & responsibilities & projects - reinforce & sustain the local team on the same level
Main Responsibilities
- Bidding process & evaluation & nomination incl. savings for MRO parts (electrics&electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics)
- Bidding process & evaluation & nomination incl. savings for transport services / refurbishment of current spare parts - Automation of ordering MRO items: update IR/Source lists + MK/QD contracts
- Automation of free text POs (reduction of „manual" free text POs)
- Supplier Evaluation process
- Preparation of MRO/PM reports for the leader category
- Contract management
Position Requirements
- Education: Bachellor Degree
- Knowledge of IATF 16949; ASI and TISAX standards
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team, make decisions, work under pressure
- Reliability, flexibility
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience in automotive - an advantage
- Work with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Work with SAP
- English - required / German - an advantage
