Customer Quality Advocate

Objective

  • Receiving claims with request for immediate response.
  • Continuous design changes, additional installations, layout modifications = sampling activities via SQMS, BeOn- new projects ongoing.
  • Communication - deviation request, portal management (PPAP, DR)- new processes like assembly / striction welding / helium leak testing are not systematically covered - FMEA, Severity understanding for customer, acceptance level definition.
  • Managing customer visits / audits.

 

Main Responsibilities

  •  Handling claims from customer
  •   Leader of 8D meeting
  •   Presenting 8D reports and countermeasures to customer
  •   Information transport from customer to production
  •   Regular audio calls with customer in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  •   To manage resident ( customer plant ) and sorting actions )
  •   Portal management
  •   Participation in creation of quality documents ( FMEA, CP, FlowChart )
  •   Responsible for KPI
  •   Managing customer visits

 

Position Requirements

  • Education: Bachellor Degree
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949; VDA standards - an advantage
  • Experience with customer portals
  • Experience with specific customer requirements of VW, Samsung
  • Knowledge: 8D, 5W, SPC, FMEA, CP
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team, make decisions, work under pressure
  • Reliability, flexibility
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience in automotive advantage
  • Work with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • English or German - required
