Main Responsibilities
- IT and technical support of Nemak users
- administration of local systems
- implementation and support of global systems
- support in the implementation of customer projects
- implementation of new projects requested by customers and the global IT team
- continuous improvement of current processes
Position Requirements
- MS operating systems, Active Directory, MS Office, SW installations and configurations, SW licenses and IT-related laws
- knowledge of SAP is an advantage, knowledge of ISO 27000 is an advantage
- knowledge of Industry 4.0 tools is an advantage
- communication skills
- proactive approach, focus on the customer
- team-oriented
- bringing new trends into the organization
- English language – advanced (B2)
- driver's license grop B
