QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum secondary education with a focus on economics/business administration (technical mindset is an advantage)
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar position is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures the procurement of equipment, tools, services, and required materials in accordance with company needs, legal requirements, and technical standards
  • Evaluates price quotations for individual inquiries and participates in tendering and supplier selection processes
  • Creates purchase orders for suppliers in the SAP system
  • Maintains and updates records of purchase orders and supplier contracts
  • Provides support in customs clearance procedures for international deliveries
  • Maintains documentation for regular INTRASTAT reporting on the movement of goods within the EU
  • Participates in complaint and claim management processes
  • Prepares documentation and reports for the central purchasing department

REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience working with SAP is an advantage
  • Experience with web-based portals, particularly supplier portals, is an advantage
  • Technical mindset
  • Independence, reliability, and flexibility
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to organize and lead meetings
  • English language – advanced level (B2); German language is an advantage
