Objective

  • Review and collaborate in implementing relevant customer CSRs and other customer requirements into RFQ documentation- Collaborates in determining process and product features and their implementation into RFQ
    documentation

 

Main Responsibilities

  •  Reviews and comments on feasibility studies from suppliers
  •  Participates in the final technical evaluation of tenders for purchased products
  •  Manages the process and product approval process in accordance with VDA 2 or PPAP requirements
  • Collaborates in preparing quality agreements
  • Participation in audits and supervisory programs at suppliers
  • Collaborates in developing and increasing supplier performance
  • Manages the implementation of new customer requirements into the supply chain
  • Monitors defined process and product outputs of suppliers and triggers an escalation process in case of deviations
  • Regularly checks supplier evaluations and triggers an escalation process if necessary
  • Create and manages the list of released suppliers
  • Manages and plans supplier requalification
  • Prepares and processes documents for complaint procedures
  • Cooperates or manages the complaint procedure for purchased products
  • Maintains a comprehensive overview of the status of complaints and manages corrective measures proposed by suppliers within the complaint process
  • Cooperates as part of 8D teams with other departments in customer complaints with an impact on the purchased part

 

Position Requirements

  • Education: Bachellor Degree
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949; VDA standards - an advantage
  • Experience with customer portals• Experience with specific customer requirements of VW, Samsung, Daimler
  • Knowledge: 8D, 5W, SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team, make decisions, work under pressure
  • Reliability, flexibility
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience in automotive - an advantage
  • Work with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Work with SAP (QM modules)
  • English - required / German - an advantate
