Objective

  • Distribution of responsibilities and competences to strengthen sustainable growth and to secure launching of new projects 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Creation of comlete production documentation related to welding and joining
  • Management and coordination of production processes and capacities in order to meet KPI´s
  • Participation in the launch of new projects, management of technological change, implementation of new technologies and procedures to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of production processes
  • Development and leading of team of specialists
  • Help at defining of new production processes launched in Nemak SVK
  • Control and authorize process and engineering changes to reach better quality of the products

 

Position Requirements

  • education: University Degree
  • experience required: expert knowledge of welding and joining processes
  • min 5 years of experience with managing and leading of department/department´s.
  • experience from automotive strong advantage
  • expert knowledge Excell, Power Point, Outlook
  • experience with SAP - advantage
  • open to change and new challenges
  • dynamic person with very positive attitue to learn new things
  • languages: English fluent, German advantage
