SPM Operations Leader

Objective:
To assure the production requirements and KPI's are achieved in a systematic way to improve the operational difficulties by continuous training, new initiatives on quality and cost, people developments. Ensure no incidents in the plant operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- KPI's - Achieve KPI as per the budgeted targets.
- Ensure production entries are done on shift wise and physical inventories to be taken to ensure no difference between Physical Vs SAP.
- Responsible for doing the gap analysis on losses on equipment and tools, weekly conduct a meeting with maintenance and tooling team to understand and solve the issues.
- Assure people well-being, health and safety.
- Training to the employees on SAFETY, EOHS, process and product knowledge development, skill developments
- Adherence to EOHS, IATF and EnMs Systems & procedures.
- Implement continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives.
- Materials planning and availability for running smooth production
- Should have a GSPM Product & Process knowledge
- Should have a Knowledge of Engineering Specifications
- Should have a Problem-Solving Techniques
- Should have a Knowledge on GSPM & corebox Tooling
- Should have a Knowledge on Coreshop, GSPM & melting Machines
Position Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Tool & Die, Automobile or Foundry Technology
- Minimum 15-18 years of experience in Aluminium Die Casting Industries. (Cylinder Head mfg Experience will be added advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal Skills with detail and analytical oriented.
