Objective:

Responsible for managing employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring statutory compliance under applicable labour laws, handling disciplinary processes, grievance management, union negotiations, and maintaining harmonious employer-employee relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain statutory registers and records as per labour compliance requirements.
  • Represent the organization in labour court matters in coordination with legal counsel.
  • Coordinate union interactions, wage settlements, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and legal documentation.
  • Manage employee grievances and conflict resolution mechanisms.

Position Requirements:

  • MBA / MSW (HR) / MLW or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Industrial Relations / Labour Law compliance.
  • Demonstrates effective grievance management by addressing concerns objectively and maintaining confidentiality.
