Senior Tooling Engineer CHE

Objective:
To ensure smooth function of tooling operations in shifts and executing the tool maintenance activities as per production schedule. Reduce tool breakdown and planning of spare parts for tool PM, Tool life monitoring and implementation of ECR/ECN modification in tool.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, delivery & quality of Tool maintenance based on production plan.
- Coordinate with internal depts and implement ECR/ECN modification in tool.
- Work towards in reduction on MTTR and increase MTBF by ensuring die basic condition.
- Co-ordinate and follow up with Quality depts for Tool 3D scanner/ CMM reports and plan tool correction.
- Ensure good 5S and safety at shop floor.
- Coordinate with Internal departments for QMS audits and prepare / maintain IATF documents.
Position Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in technical role HPDC Die Maintenance.
- Planning & Organizing skills. Conflict resolution and Team Management.
