Talent Development Specialist

Objective:
Talent Management Specialist will be responsible to assess, identify and plan organizational changes, design talent management and development strategies and to drive the implementation of programs that aim to attract, develop, retain, measure and actively managing the Talent.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive talent management analytics through tracking, reporting, and analysis of key people metrics and make recommendations for the present and future requirements.
- Lead the Employees hiring process in the relevant Areas, from screening applications, conducting interviews to employment offers for the new and replacement positions.
- Manage employee life cycle management such as Pre & post recruitment, reference and background checks, On Boarding and off boarding etc
- Act as an HR generalist, providing expert support and advice to business on all employee lifecycle elements.
- Identify the skills gaps to develop and retain the talent with managing their TNI, evaluation, learnings, and assessments.
- Maintaining In-House & External Training Records and Analysis of Training Feedback including e-learning
- Maintaining and updating employee databases, Job Postings, Recruitments, On boarding, Learning, Career websites and SAP HR modules.
- Define the Talent Development processes for Diversified e.g. Competency framework, Talent review, Career paths and Succession planning and building talent pipeline.
- Regularly benchmark with industry best practices.
- Coordinating and supporting of employee welfare and engagement activities.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree in human resources management with at least 6-10 years of work experience as HR generalist or Talent management role.
- Excellent written, oral, and positive influential interpersonal skills required
- Proficiency in Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on approach and willingness to work as team with positive approach.
