Objective

 

 The reason is that one AME engineer has quitted from the CHQ, Advance manufacturing planning, CAPEX calculation, organizing implementing and project cost control..

Main Responsibilities

  • Design manufacturing plan for new projects, define needed equipment for each process   
  • Calculate CAPEX budget for new projects quotation
  • Create RFQs of new equipment and participate in supplier assessment, responsible for conduct technical assessment
  • Track new equipment installation and acceptance 
  •  FEMA & initial operation instruction of production equipment
  • Research existing manufacturing capacity and optimization
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timeline
  • Maintain plant building and foundation 
  •  Implement CAPEX plan and control the cost 

 

Position Requirements

  • Be familiar with HPDC process
  • Well knowledge of  Electronical/hydraulic/mechanical Technology
  • ISO45001 /ISO14001/ISO50001 systems and IATF16949 Required
  • Experience in manufacturing plant environment
