Main Responsibilities


1.Responsible for training equipment inspection, operation and other operation documents, and supervise operators to operate according to standard.
2. responsible for equipment operation, maintenance instruction, supporting and supervision. According to the requirements of ISO/TS16949 management system, compile equipment related operation documents and records. 

3. Responsible for organizing equipment work plan or regular inspection on maintenance plan implementation, tracking and confirming the effect.
4. Responsible for the production equipment operation meet the production requirements and ensure downtime to achieve the set goal.
5.
Proper suggestions and plans for continuous improvement of equipment, guide and supervise equipment engineers, equipment technicians and maintenance personnel on equipment improvement and reform work.
6. responsible for regular inspection on maintenance work documents, and supervise the maintenance personnel to operate according to standard.
7.
Proper execution of preventive maintenance and emergency repair process; execution of abnormal information upgrade process.
8. Calculate and analysis of equipment failures, establish equipment maintenance files, abstract the main equipment failure, advise improvement measures and implementation, and training the maintenance personnel.
9. Responsible for spare parts demand calculation, spare parts type and technical conditions confirmation, and continue to participate in tracking spare parts cost reduction.
10. Establish communication and interaction channels with department engineers, equipment (spare parts) suppliers and related parties.
11. Other work assigned by manager


 

Position Requirements

  • Familiar with HPDC workflow
  • Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks
  • Familiar with PLC and HMI
  • Familiar with mechanical and hydraulic theory
  • Familiar with robot theory and operation
