Objective

Previous Process engineer-Jun Xu left CHQ plant, now no resource to response the Ford and Audi projects, need to recruit one process engineer to back fill the position and ensure the whole process technical.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Define parameters and critical variables of process.
  • Process and working instruction standardization.
  • Trials for quality improvement.
  • New material and process development
  • Process audits.
  • Develop trials and validations of tooling and equipment of production until become productive equipment.
  •  Review and follow Engineering Changes
  •  Reduction of RPN´s of assigned product.
  •  Make the process more robust.
  • Customer attention
  • Keep updated the next documents: FMEA, control plan and quality system documents related with the next areas: melting, casting, finishing and visual inspection.
  • Evaluate nonconforming products in MP and coordinate meetings with operation departments in order to define action plans focused to improve the internal and external quality of assigned products.
  • Other work assigned by manager.

 

Position Requirements

  • High analysis level, work according to norms and procedures.
  •  Potential to develop projects including following and implementation.
  •  Analysis and solution of problems.
  • Capable of the basic quality system methodology (CPK, 5 why, Factor tree, fishbone)
  • Familiar with the 2D/3D software including CAD, UG, CATIA etc.
