Objective

 This position is critical for ensure operation performance excellent and production team continuous improvement. To maintain or develop the advantage and performance in the industry. It’s important to cultivate a more focus and discipline operation team.

Main Responsibilities


1. Supervise the production operation process, make sure that products are produced and delivered on time and are of good quality;
2. Make sure that production process, operation procedures are well established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the product quality requirements, ISO standard and 5S.

3. Set and implement the goals in increasing product yield, reducing production cost, maintaining good working capital and respecting safety.
4. Adjust production schedules as PC&L planned and supervise proper staffs and skill levels for the full operation.
5. Review and analyze the production activities, performances and results and initiate corrective actions relating to all the deterrent factors such as delays, non-quality, excessive costs or working capital, non-respect of EHS, etc.
6. Managing human resources, selection of candidates, interviews with new employees, reductions.
7. Find suitable ways that lead to improvement in quality, costs, productivity and overall efficiency.
8. Identify training needs for production collaborators and hourly team and review the performance of collaborators and develop their skills
9. Coordinate activities with new programs office to make sure successful launch of new products.
10. Other work delegated by higher managers.
11.Be Familiar with the knowledge and practice of ISO14001,
ISO45001, ISO50001

 

 

Position Requirements

  • Well know the HPDC manufacturing process, machine and tools management and quality control systems working knowledge of ISO9001 /I TS16949 systems
  • Well knowledge of major industrial software or operation system. Good experience in Lean system, six sigma, EHS and 5S
  • Good problem-solving skills and drive for results
