Objective

PDC/PM required to assist program management of new programs in PDC and CHQ plant for flawless launch to meet KPIs in term of QCD (product development & quality improvement)

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Motivate and develop core team to achieve successful launch of new programs by EXCEL. Prepare and consolidate APQP documents & issue based on program stages per EXCEL.
  •  Develop and update project plan and budget for compliance of internal and external objectives (KPIs).
  • Lead core team for on time execution and progress. Ensure the team solutions to complete the tasks on time and effectively.
  • Coordinate assigned Project Team with clear work plan, priorities and resources required.
  • Deliver executive reports of project status and deliverables for management and customers in time and routine
  • Align program objectives (KPIs) and resources to meet company long term profitability target
  • Assure and maximize company and customer resources for the project success launches
  • Streamline the AT-TASK system effort with fully utilization of EXCEL (and NPDS management system)
  • Coordinate weekly meeting of New Programs with customer, core team & supplier
  •  As the contact point for the new programs, interact closely and proactively with customers to develop positive relationships
  •  Comply to program time schedules. No compromising results even for challenging budget limitations (QCD)
  • Identify weak links in process / departments which need countermeasure actions and fulfill to get the job done
  • Coordinate the quality improvement & action plan between Nemak and customer (local & global), e.g. Nemak, CAF, Ford NA/Europe, MB, BBAC, VW, and GM
  • Provide support to engage in the management audit and schedule audit plan, and to execute action after audit.
