Zielsetzung der Stelle
Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Mechanischen Instandhaltungsbetriebe, Ersatzteilmanagement;
Hauptaufgaben/-verantwortlichkeiten
- Inspektion, Wartung und Instandhaltung der gesamten mechanischen Werksanlagen
- Personalverantwortung für den Bereich IH-Mechanik, Gastechnik, CNC-Instandhaltung, Haustechnik Mechanik und für das Ersatzteilmanagement
- Sicherstellen der erforderliche Anlagenverfügbarkeit
- Kostenbewusster Einsatz von Eigen- und Fremdpersonal
- Bereitstellung der notwendigen Ersatzteile
- Projektarbeit, Optimierungen
Anforderungen der Position
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im mechanischen Bereich
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Hydraulik und Pneumatik, sowie Erfahrung bei der Instandhaltung von hochautomatisierten Produktionsanlagen
- Teamfähig, Führungsqualität, belastbar, Hands on Mentalität
