| Objective | Assistance to plant manager and Sales Frankfurth Department. |

| Main responsibilities | •Coordinación de las ventas relacionadas con los clientes : Intercambio de informaciòn con la central de Frankfurt así como con el Plant Manager •Encargarse de las ofertas provenientes de los clientes: Coordinación del estudio de viabilidad técnica como comercial. •Tener actualizada toda la información relacionada con los proyectos (precios,…) •Soporte en preparación de las ofertas y/o información de las ofertas o Preparación de ofertas : Suministrar información a Plant Manager y a Customer Group Manager en Frankfurt. Preparar presupuestos. •CEM •Atender a cliente en visitas a SPA: Organización y apoyo •Ventas y administración de los prioyectos en la planta de SPA: Contratos, ajustes de precios, tareas no programadas ( cuestiones de control de calidad, facturación...) •Reporting de ventas: Informes periódicos a FRA, (previsiones, KPIs,) •Asistir a reuniones de ventas: Asistir a las reuniones de ventas para intercambio de información entre la planta y la central de ventas. •Preparación y defensa de auditorías, así como el seguir que las áreas implicadas tengan la documentación/ información para su defensa. |

| Eduaction | 2-5 years experience, middle degree | |
| Languages | Spanish, english and Basque considered | |
| Experience | Demonstrated professional experience in Sales or administration skills |

| Technical skills | MS Office tools, high expertise in Excel & PowerPoint. SAP habilities and experience considered. |

| Soft skills | Structured and Organized Analitical and problem solving capacities Autonomy and Proactive Collaboration and Communication Integrity |
