Corporate Communications Manager Europe & Asia(M/F/D)
Objective
The Corporate Communications Manager Europe & Asia is responsible for our communication strategy in Europe and Asia through accompanying change management and communication campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and lead our communications strategy for Europe and Asia in partnership with the global corporate communications area
- Work with different contributing areas on Nemak´s Employee Value Proposition to foster a high level of engagement among Nemak Europe employees
- Design and execute the annual communication plan for our regional senior management addressing different internal audiences
- Lead content generation from our operations within Europe and Asia to feed Nemak’s social media channels/communities
- Maintain and establish an external network with media agencies, universities, research facilities and other relevant third parties to drive Nemak’s desired reputation among these strategic audiences
- Support our ongoing Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability and Corporate citizenship campaigns
- Team up with Global Corporate Communication to design an execute campaigns supporting different functional agendas within the organization such as HR, Sustainability, HSE, Finance, etc.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree required, preferably in communications or marketing
- Several years of previous work experience in leading and implementing regional/international communication campaigns
- Ideally first experience in working within a matrix organization
- Experience in functional leadership of international project teams
- Profound experience in using all relevant Social Media channels and platforms
- Solid experience in producing professional Social Media content for different devices
- Strong project management experience
- Fluency in English and multi-year intercultural experience
- Ideally certified change management skills
