Finance Reporting Operations Specialist Europe (m/f/d)
Objective
As Finance Reporting Operations Specialist Europe, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant and transparent financial reporting across the European region.
You act as a central interface between local finance teams and global stakeholders, contributing to reliable reporting structures, strong internal controls and continuous process improvements.
This role requires analytical strength, ownership and the ability to operate confidently in a regional and matrix-driven environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes across Europe
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, corporate policies and internal reporting guidelines
- Analyze financial data, identify deviations and proactively address risks
- Support consolidation activities in close collaboration with local finance teams
- Contribute to the implementation, monitoring and further development of internal control processes
- Drive standardization and harmonization of reporting structures across the region
- Prepare management reports, analyses and presentations for regional and global stakeholders
- Act as a trusted contact for reporting-related topics within Europe
Position Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- Several years of relevant experience in financial reporting, controlling or accounting, ideally in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements
- Analytical mindset combined with a structured and detail-oriented way of working
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with international stakeholders
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly and convincingly. Proficiency in an additional European language (e.g., Spanish) is highly desirable. Willingness to learn German is a plus.
