Objective

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field, ideally with a focus on procurement? Then this position offers you the opportunity to gain in-depth insights into international purchasing within a dynamic, innovation-driven environment at the forefront of e-mobility. Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Purchasing team by contributing to sourcing activities, monitoring market developments, and assisting in project coordination and data analysis.
  • Prepare purchasing reports that provide transparency on procurement activities, cost structures, and supplier performance.
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards to support efficient KPI tracking within Purchasing.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, including technological developments such as AI and relevant regulatory changes.
  • Maintain and further develop procurement databases, ensuring data quality and supporting enhancements to data structures and reporting.
  • Assist in cost calculations, cost-benefit assessments, and evaluations of savings potential.

 

Position Requirements

  • You are currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a comparable field.
  • Initial experience as a working student or intern is an advantage.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with international colleagues; fluent in English and German.
  • Independent, structured, self-driven, and a reliable team player.
  • Strong interest in working in an international, cross-functional environment.
