Main Responsibilities
- Tracking and following up on E-learning progress and completion, ensuring that employees’ development activities are up to date and well-documented
- Monitoring Talent Development KPIs and leveraging advanced tools, including AI-based applications, to prepare insightful analyses and enhance periodic reporting
- Providing administrative and organizational support for key projects — from coordinating translation tasks and supporting onsite activities to preparing and optimizing presentation materials
- Collaborating with local German training providers to coordinate learning offers and maintain smooth communication and scheduling
Position Requirements
- Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint); initial experience with learning management systems like SuccessFactors is a plus
- Clear and confident communication skills in English; German is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a reliable and structured working style
- Enthusiastic about working in an international environment and collaborating across cultures
