Objective

Join a dynamic company that offers an open corporate culture and exciting development opportunities. Support in planning, organizing, and executing training and development programs for our employees. The position is currently limited for 6 months.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and updating training materials and presentations
  • Support in identifying and analyzing training needs across various departments
  • Participate in projects aimed at further developing our talent management processes
  • Maintain and develop our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Assist with administrative tasks in the Talent Development department

 

Position Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Talent Development, employee development, and HR management
  • Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions is an advantage
  • High level of organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Proactive and independent working style
