Working Student IT (M/F/D)

Objective

Then welcome to our Regional IT Team! In this role you support regional IT efforts of our Business Unit Europe and Asia and help us shape the future of automotive light-weighing
Main Responsibilities
- Support of the central team on repetitive tasks and reviews, i.e. IT Asset Management
- OT Asset Management - review existing, assets adopt / adjust them to standards in Asset Management Inventory
- Run monthly reports and prepare them for reporting files (ie. Monthly IT Operations Report)
- Information Security Management System – prepare for regional Internal Audit (Question list documentation, question matrix, Audit Dashboard creation, Improvement of Incident Response Guideline)
- File Server Standardization (i.e. Analysis data and file type optimization, Network Device Life Cycle Management, Cisco & Siemens (OT) device lifecycle management)
- Communication with Plant IT Teams for tasks and duties
Profile Requirements
- No superhero required, but super bright minds
- Enrolled full-time student in the field of business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable
- Basic IT skills and IT affinity
- Clear and open in communication in English and German
- Ability to quickly understand processes and to work in a structured way
- Basic awareness about ISO-27001
- Innovative, enthusiastic, and strong team player
- Availability to work 15-20 h per week
