Purpose of the Position
Have you successfully started your bachelor’s or master’s degree, are you passionate about IT, and are you looking for a working student position where you can gain relevant practical experience?
Welcome to our IT team. We ensure the efficient and reliable operation of IT applications and are the first point of contact for users at Frankfurt The Squaire and the Raunheim Engineering Center for all hardware and software questions. Following comprehensive onboarding, you will gradually take on more tasks independently.
Your Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring hardware and software for our users, and supporting the proper decommissioning and return of equipment to our leasing partner
- Handling IT support requests through our Halo ticketing system
- Supporting the management of access rights and licenses
- Contributing to data security activities and updating documentation and procedures in preparation for audits and certifications
- Supporting the local IT team in providing IT services to Frankfurt The Squaire and the Raunheim Engineering Center, and assisting with support requests from our users
Your Profile
- Currently studying business, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable subject
- Solid basic IT knowledge and a good understanding of hardware and software topics
- Proficient in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server systems is an advantage, but not essential
- Clear and open communication with different audiences, in both German and English
- Strong team spirit, attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
- Interested in a long-term working relationship with 15–20 working hours per week
