This role is essential to ensure the consistent application of project management standards, assist in the development of the project, maintain visibility on project performance and help us shape the future of automotive light-weighing.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and monitoring of project execution across European and Asian plants
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of PMO tools and templates
  • Help prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Track project KPIs and escalate deviations as needed (mainly related to key project milestones such as Launch Audits and Phase Reviews)
  • Participate in project audits and support quality assurance activities
  • Collaborate with functional departments (e.g., Engineering, Product Development Center, Operations) to gather data and updates

 

Profile Requirements

  • Enrolled full-time student in the field of engineering, economics, business informatics or another field
  • Preferably with prior experience as a working student or intern
  • Clear and open in communication in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing organizational and analytical skills
  • Innovative, enthusiastic, and willing to contribute in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
  • Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, balancing academic commitments.
