LPDC& LPDC Fettling Supervisor TUR

Main Responsibilities
- Establishing, monitoring, and continuously improving low-pressure die casting processes,
- Taking an active role in product and mold commissioning processes, defining process parameters in line with customer technical requirements,
- Analyzing quality deviations during casting, conducting root cause investigations, and developing permanent solutions,
- Following the production planning process and ensuring activities are aligned with quality and performance targets,
- Supporting new product launch processes using quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA,
- Leading improvement projects to increase process efficiency (Kaizen, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Providing technical support during customer audits and internal/external quality inspections,
- Ensuring process continuity by working in coordination with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in low-pressure die casting or aluminum casting processes,
- Knowledge of mold technologies, casting process parameters, and aluminum material properties,
- Familiarity with quality processes such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA,
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills,
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken),
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Strong communication skills, a team player, open to learning and development,
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment,
- Competence in personnel and department management.
