Objective 

 

Being responsible for plant lean proces and mnagement

 

Main Responsibilities 

 

  • Foster respect for people and humility through mentoring and coaching through the site’s Lean journey
  • Align with the local Lean rewards & recognition program
  • Surveillance over multiple workcells, collect feedback from Lean Coach and propose improvements to process owners
  • Train and coach teams and process owners for the identified Lean projects to complete project definition and implementation
  • Supports all Lean Projects across the organization and Production area
  • Supports existing internal processes and improves and adapt where and when required in support of Lean process and improvement of the integrated quality management system
  • Develop, train, lead, and implement Lean initiatives utilizing tools including, but not limited to, 6S, Visual management, Kanban, Poke Yoke, Visual factory, Kaizen, SMED,

 

 

Position Requirements 

 

  • Graduated from Industrial Engineering,
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience,
  • Good level of Professional / Technical English knowledge,
  • Preferably having automotive industry experience,
  • Have problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
  • Good command of MS Office applications,
  • SAP system knowledge,
