Machining Supervisor

Objective
Supporting daily machining processes and ensuring shift management & problem solving
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the Production and Maintenance groups to include machining process, kaizen, and countermeasure development and implementation related to quality, safety, and productivity.
- Develop & execute plans for machining cost reductions with respect to efficiency, including the adaptation of new technologies into the production process.
Coordinate the implementation of new projects and machining, changes into mass production. - Establish, document, and maintain the Process Control Plan outlining product quality requirements, process setting conditions, and validation requirements within the product line of responsibility.
- Make recommendations and provide justification for capital investments to be made in the area of responsibility for improvements in quality, safety and productivity.
- Conduct investigations into machining and process, quality issues, supporting root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Develop manufacturing equipment specifications for existing machine modifications and new line introductions.
- Design new and revised processes to meet customer and internal requirements for quality, cost, delivery, and environment.
- Coordinate and manage project schedules for equipment modifications and installations, including management of external equipment suppliers and contractors
Position Requirements
- Graduate from Department of Mechanical Engineering,
- Min- 10 years of Machining experienced,
- English- Advance level,
- Autocad, Programming,
- Team Player, Good Communication skills and Problem solving skills
