Objectives:

 

You will be one of the key players to ensure flawless launches and successful development implementation at the interface between PDCs and plants. If you want to be part of the operational excellence success story in SPM&CPS – this is where you should be!

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Technical monitoring of product launches in SPM (and CPS) processes
  • Execution and supervision of launch audits and maturity evaluations
  • Build interface between Plant management and PDC management in launch phases
  • Identification of risks and proposals to mitigate identified risks
  • Trouble shooting where necessary
  • Support and train plant organizations to perform launch audits self-reliant
  • Knowledge and best practice distribution within Business Unit and global Nemak

 

Position Requirements:

 

  • Several years of experience and expertise in SPM and/or CPS process development or operations
  • Experience in launching new products and quality systems
  • Analytical and systematic work approach
  • Proactive, hands-on and target oriented mentality
  • Good German and English skills
  • Travel availability (within Europe) 50%+
