AME Engineer PDC

 

Objective

The design and manufacture of manufacturing devices for the core, molding, finishing and quality processes is particularly required to ensure successful launches. A manufacturing engineer with experience in 3D design is required to manage the necessary tools to achieve each project in a timely manner.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Recommend Design, programming, execution and follow-up of AXIS pending tasks
  • Design, programming, execution of PLPP tests
  • Design, programming, execution and follow-up of manufacturing tests in NPDS in PDC
  • Control and monitoring of timings for each project and/or program in the development and/or production phase.
  • Generate all engineering for fixtures, grippers, core setters and all devices for the manufacture of each product.
  • Follow-up, control and monitoring with the purchasing department of the treatment of each manufacturing request for the assignment of purchase orders.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineer Administrator / Mechatronics.
  • Technical Skills: Engineering in Innovation and Development
  • Advanced English
