Objective     

Ensure the profitability of Nemak through the correct design and implementation of the manufacturing process.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the initial manufacturing plan and take part of the feasibility research.
  • Ensure robust manufacturing system to meet the required production volume.
  • Lead the engineering processes.
  • Validation the effectivity of the manufacturing system
  • Ensure delivery of production equipment on time 
  • Collaborate in the development and innovation of manufacturing system.

Profile requirements:

  • Education: Mechanical Engineer and Administration, Mechatronic Engineer, Systems Engineer
  • Languages: Fluent English
  • Experience: More than 5 years in Manufacturing processes, Production, Personnel administration, Budget management, Tooling
  • Technical skills: Budget development, Knowledge of APQP / PPAP / MSA / GD&T, AutoCAD, Solidworks
  • Soft skills: Transcultural versatility, Troubleshooting, Negotiations.
