Assistant
Objective
Execute and manage the areas administrative processes, applying the standards and procedures defined as the company's vision, values, and behaviors. Comply with established requests, objectives, goals, regulations, and processes, achieving timely results and ensuring effective service delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Plant Manager.
- Maintenance of property, computer equipment, and rooms. Request repairs, supply, and control materials.
- Manage Plant Manager agenda, One Note and Staff Assignments
- Follow-up on specific projects focused on new releases
- Monthly monitoring of plant KPIs
- Follow up on crisis committees and schedule sessions during the active period
- Manage visitor and client logistics. Record arrivals. Request cars and drivers. Follow the visiting protocol.
- Process supplier payments through reports and electronic forms, request and manage invoices, and manage requests for food, equipment, or internal or external services.
- Reinforce the sense of urgency, through continuous monitoring of the closing of daily meeting assignments
- Monitoring the development of Workfront's tropicalization for Saving Projects
Position Requirements
- Bachelors in Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English is required.
- Experience working with SAP/SRM is a Plus.
