Objective

Buyer EMC is responsible for negotiation with suppliers to achieve budget according to market prices and Accomplish plant users supply requirements for new project launches and new facilities.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • RFQ at least with 3 suppliers and Cost Break Down analysis
  • Supplier Business Assignment communication
  • Negotiation with suppliers to achieve budget according to market prices.
  • Purchasing Procedures Training request for users
  • Promote ecatalogs usage.
  • Actively participation in audits and norms regulation accomplish.
  • Ensure communication.
  • Propitiate communication between suppliers and users ensuring the understanding of the SOW.
  • Intervention in the material registration for MRP

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's in International Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering
  • Skills in project administration, negotiation, assertive communication, customer oriented
  • SAP
  • Supplier evaluation
  • English Advanced
  • 3 years of experience in MRO and Service Purchase in automotive industry
