Main Responsibilities
- RFQ at least with 3 suppliers and Cost Break Down analysis
- Supplier Business Assignment communication
- Negotiation with suppliers to achieve budget according to market prices.
- Purchasing Procedures Training request for users
- Promote ecatalogs usage.
- Actively participation in audits and norms regulation accomplish.
- Ensure communication.
- Propitiate communication between suppliers and users ensuring the understanding of the SOW.
- Intervention in the material registration for MRP
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's in International Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering
- Skills in project administration, negotiation, assertive communication, customer oriented
- SAP
- Supplier evaluation
- English Advanced
- 3 years of experience in MRO and Service Purchase in automotive industry
