Objective

Buyer is responsible for Services Purchases and Supplier Management for Saltillo plant, according to purchasing policies.

 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Services Purchase Orders & CAPEX Purchase Orders
  • Lead Cost Reduction projects , Follow Up New launches early involvement.
  • Escalations / Quality / Timing / Warranty Claims
  • Shop Floor Visits
  • Dedicated attention to plant users
  • Actively participation in audits and norms / regulations.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer / International Relations
  • Experience 3 to 5 as buyer
  • Lead a multidisciplinary projects.
  • Self-driven follow-up, supplier Management, process Leader, presentation skills with top mgmt., business oriented, audits experience, high analytical skills, manufacturing process knowledge
  • Software: SAP, MS Excel and Power Point
  • Behavioral Skills: high ethical standards, Organized, Results Oriented, Strategic Vision, Team Player, Collaborative, People Development, Customer Focus, Cross-cultural Versatility, Communication skills, Analytics, Flexibility.
