Capex Intern

 

Objective

Support Strategic Investments & Capex Control teams in Key daily activities to monitoring and manage all Capex Investments.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure update of Capex Committee approvals (CC Global Monthly Report, Chairman Approvals, Deploy Monthly email with Capex approvals).
  • Responsible for update of Master Database (Capex approvals, CRs, Capex Codes)
  • Responsible for Update Quotation Committee approval.
  • Preparation of Investment projects to be presented in Monthly Chairman Meeting
  • Capex Outlook consolidation & Reporting
  • Update all approved programs in the Profitability Tracking Tool

 

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Software: SAP, MS Excel, and Power Point, Tableu, Power apps, Ariba.
  • Skills: negotiation, assertive communication, customer oriented.
  • English advance required.
