CAVIDA Analyst

 

Objective

We are looking for a qualified professional with a background in Health Psychology to provide emotional well-being support to employees and their families, through both individual and group interventions. The role includes the development and execution of internal emotional wellness programs and active participation in initiatives that foster a healthy work environment.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to employees through individual sessions.
  • Develop and implement emotional wellness materials and resources.
  • Lead group sessions as part of emotional training programs and company well-being initiatives.
  • Administer and follow up on internal counseling and orientation programs
  • Deliver emotional wellness content during new hire induction sessions (CAVIDA module).
  • Participate in emotional development workshops, such as parenting schools, emotional wellness camps, and other related initiatives.
  • Monitor and provide follow-up to the Emotional Check-Up program.
  • Support the implementation and analysis of the workplace climate survey (in line with NOM-035).

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, preferably with a focus on Health Psychology.
  • At least 4 years of experience in: Psychometric test analysis, Systemic and brief therapy approaches.
  • Strong knowledge of NOM-035, including survey application and data interpretation.
  • Proven ability to manage group dynamics and conduct public speaking engagements.
  • Experience in designing and developing emotional wellness materials and programs.
