Quality Systems Engineer
Objective
Ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the Quality Management System by conducting internal and external audits and addressing the opportunities identified through them, thereby improving the system’s effectiveness and efficiency, which is reflected in the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that the automotive industry’s quality certifications are current and available to the organization.
- Manage the scheduling of external audits of the QMS and ensure that each identified opportunity is resolved
- Design and manage the organization's internal audit program focused on compliance with the quality system.
- Address and follow up on the resolution of internal audit findings
- Monitor the ongoing updates to QMS deliverables (CT-56 and CT-644) through process owners and notify Plant Management when processes deviate from planned targets.
- Work with HR to plan the onboarding process for new administrative staff and employees transferred internally into the QMS, ensuring they acquire a basic understanding of their job responsibilities in accordance with QMS requirements.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, or related.
- Background in manufacturing environments.
- Core Tools Management.
- IATF 16949
- English Proficient.
- Quality & Process Experience.
