Communications Analyst MEX

Objective

Execute internal communication processes by deploying communication plans and managing internal communication channels, ensuring effective message delivery through coordination with internal teams and plants.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies for IT, Learning, Social Development, and Compensation & Benefits topics.
• Design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for the company’s Safety business priority, ensuring effective awareness, understanding, and employee engagement.
• Manage and monitor internal communication channels (MyNemak, Employee App, on-site screens), ensuring proper functionality, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Plan, develop, and coordinate the “Nuestra Gente” semiannual magazine, creating organic content aligned with business priorities and focused on reaching hourly employees.
• Plan and execute the “Nemak Informa” bi-weekly newsletter, ensuring timely and effective communication of topics that enhance the day-to-day employee experience.
• Lead the development and execution of the HSE Month communication strategy, integrating Health, Environment, and Safety initiatives into a single, cohesive employee experience.
• Deploy communication plans for the “Your Voice” survey (biannual), including follow-up communications for “Echo of Your Voice” action plans.
• Create engaging and high-quality communication content (videos, infographics, news, announcements, event invitations, etc.), ensuring alignment with corporate brand and messaging

Position Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication; Marketing; Graphic Design (or related field).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Internal / Corporate Communications, Social Development, Event Planning
• Certifications: Adobe Suite (desirable).
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise: Canva (must), Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere (desirable), Photo and Video, Project Management.
• Soft Skills: Communication, Negotiating, Decision Making, Change Management
• Languages: Advanced English (oral and written).
