Digital & Manufacturing Engineer

 

Objective

Develop new strategies and solutions for new programs that allow us to maximize our capabilities for our different products (structural, heads, blocks) for NA. Develop analysis and simulations (material handling, VSM and Ergonomic).

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing cell design with virtual tools
  • Identify viable solutions to satisfy the ergonomic requirements in the operations for new programs.
  • Design material flow & handling.
  • VSM development for new programs.
  • Define space and means for storage in line with volume requirement.
  • Management and follow-up of different program as manufacturing leaders.
  • Material flow simulation

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical)
  • At least 2-year experience in Design, Automotive and Metal-mechanic
  • AutoCAD, Catia, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, NX7 & Office
  • Negotiation, analysis, and communication skills
  • Desirable: Simulation software skills
