Objective

Support the Direct Purchasing team in supplier management and purchasing processes while gaining hands-on experience with suppliers, internal teams, and key procurement platforms. This internship offers the opportunity to develop valuable knowledge and build a career in Purchasing.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with suppliers and internal teams, building strong professional relationships.
  • Follow up with suppliers and maintain updated information in EcoVadis, JAGGAER, and internal purchasing systems.
  • Support supplier onboarding, evaluation, and information-update processes.
  • Track pending activities and help ensure supplier requirements are completed on time.
  • Assist the Direct Purchasing team with processed documentation, reports, and daily activities.
  • Participate in discussions about suppliers, purchasing processes, and improvement opportunities.

 

Position Requirements

  • An active student in any engineering field is preferred.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Intermediate competence in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of the purchasing process, negotiation, supply chain, and

financial analysis

  • Strong discipline, proactivity, results orientation, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently are required.
