EV & SC Quality Cell Specialist
Objective
Responsible for Capex Reduction & reducing dependence on external suppliers. Support the launch of new programs to meet customers’ requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop Automation Engineering and control Architecture of internally manufactured Quality Cells
- Develop Robot programing for (Leak Testers /VC gages and Straightening) Cells
- Develop PLC and Motion control cells programming.
- Integrate the HSE and Legal Requirements (compliance with international standards)
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s in mechanical &Electrical Eng. / Mechatronics Eng. / Electronic Eng.
- Deep Knowledge in Quality cells Technologies (Vision Systems / Gages / Leak Testers / Servo actuators)
- Deep Knowledge in Automation and Controls (Robots , PLCs & Servosystems )
- Deep Knowledge in HSE requirements
- Deep Knowledge in Hydraulics servosystems and Pneumatic Systems
- General Knowledge in mechanical & Electrical design Calculations
- Ability to analyze problems
- Strong Technical Skills
- Easy adaption with other cultures and countries
- Dedicated and Responsible
- Experience: 5 Years in Similar Function
- English Advanced
